How Human Stock works
A game about believing in people, with one real-money part kept deliberately simple.
Listing yourself
You need to be 18 or older. Fill in your profile and track record, then our AI analyst values you and writes your prospectus.
Going public costs ₦1,000, paid once through Bachs. You pick a ticker and how much of yourself to sell, between 5% and 49%. You always keep the majority.
Claims with proof can be verified by our team. Self-reported claims can't push your valuation past ₦50M; each verified claim raises that ceiling.
Destiny Coins
Every account starts with 50,000 Destiny Coins. The only way to earn more is to back someone with real naira: every ₦1 you back earns 1 coin, so the more you back, the more you earn. Coins are play money. They can't be sold or cashed out.
Each person's shares trade on a price curve: buying pushes the price up and selling brings it down. Milestones are news for shareholders; they never change a valuation or a price. Selling costs a 2% fee.
No investor can hold more than a quarter of anyone's float, so nobody can corner a person.
Backing with real naira
A backing is a gift of support to a listed person. It is not an investment, it is not a share of their income, and it pays no returns.
The person receives 90% and can withdraw it to their own bank account through Bachs. Human Stock keeps 10%. Bachs charges ₦50 per withdrawal.
Backers get bonus Destiny Coins (₦1 = 1 coin, with no cap) and a Backer badge.

No fake profiles, impersonation or misleading claims. Use the report button on any listing; our team reviews every report and can suspend listings.
